How Coaching Found Me
I didn’t initially set out to be a career coach. Instead, my passion for people's careers naturally led me to this path.
With nearly 15 years of experience across all facets of Human Resources—including talent management, recruitment, and leadership development—I found myself constantly engaged in career conversations.
Throughout my own career, I've been fortunate enough to earn multiple promotions. As I climbed the ladder, more and more people began seeking my advice on career and leadership matters. This was when I realized that I wanted to dedicate myself to helping others achieve their professional goals.
Empowering job seekers to reach their career aspirations and nurturing talent have always been my passions. Leveraging my education and extensive experience, I crafted a framework designed to deliver real, transformational career results for my clients.
