I’m a career strategist, author, keynote speaker, podcast host, and the founder of Career Cravings.
For fifteen years, I worked inside HR, recruitment, talent management, and executive boardrooms. I saw how careers were built, how major hiring and leadership decisions were made, and why even the most accomplished professionals could still feel disconnected from the lives they had created.
I also experienced that disconnect myself.
I spent years building the career I thought I was supposed to want. On paper, it looked successful. But over time, I began to realize that achievement alone was not creating the fulfillment I expected it to.
That realization changed the direction of my work—and my life.
