1. Payment Options
You have the option to pay:
  • Pay in Full: A one-time payment for the total amount.
  • Payment Plan: A structured installment plan that allows you to make multiple payments over a set period.
By selecting a payment option and completing the checkout process, you agree to fulfill the entire payment obligation as outlined at checkout.
2. Payment Authorization
By submitting your payment details, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor to charge the selected payment method according to the agreed-upon terms.
  • If you choose the payment plan, you agree that your payment method will be charged automatically for each installment on the scheduled due dates.
  • If a payment fails, you agree that we may attempt to process the payment again or reach out to update your payment details.
3. Non-Refundable & Binding Agreement
All payments made are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • You acknowledge that your purchase is a commitment to the full amount owed, regardless of usage or participation.
  • Failure to complete payments does not grant a cancellation or refund.
4. Payment Plan Commitments & Late Fees
If you opt for a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
  • If a payment is missed or declined, access to the product/service may be suspended until payment is resolved.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Attempting a chargeback or payment dispute does not waive your financial responsibility. If a chargeback is initiated:
  • We reserve the right to dispute it and provide proof of agreed-upon terms.
  • You may be liable for any fees incurred due to the dispute process.
6. Cancellation Policy
This purchase is a commitment to the full payment amount. Cancellation is not permitted once payment has been made, and no refunds will be issued.
